These custom precision machined headed pins were manufactured using 360 Brass Alloy material per QQ-B-626. Similar to the brass spacer in one of the prior posts this pin had a critical diameter dimension of .039″ +0/-.002″ for the extended pin. The overall length of the part was set to .165″ and the head height at .031, with both measurements being held to a +/-.002″ tolerance. Full certs were provided with the parts.
