These custom extended dog point set screws were manufactured using 4140 alloy steel material with zinc clear finish.  6-32 thread was rolled at .150″ in length and a 1/16″ hex socket drive was incorporated.  Overall length measured .45″ and the dog point diameter was set to .097 +/- .001″.  Production lead time was 12 weeks from confirmed order and full certs were available upon request.
